Welcome to Art In the Rockies! March 3rd in Cheyenne Wyoming "Western Spirit Art Show and Sale" opens with a reception, quick draw and auction. Heather has been selected as one of the quick draw artists and will be on stage at 7:00 p.m. in the main reception area of the Frontier Days Old West Museum. Art in the Rockies Heather Coen has qualified for Paint America's "TOP 100" for 2009, 2010, 2011 and became a "Master Signature Circle" member in January of 2012. She is represented by multiple galleries in three different states.
